I stumbled across Namshi when I was looking for a new skin care routine. After finally reading too many bad reviews, I got turned off. I used to shop at Namshi all the time. But it's been a really terrible experience lately. The clothes are of poorer quality and the sizes have become less standard, with some items labelled as XXL when I would usually wear XL. I'm disappointed that you guys are not better at adapting to changes in fashion trends and it's made me stop shopping here altogether!
