I've been purchasing apparel from BoohooMAN for the past two years and have never had any issues with their products or services. This time, though, I ordered a shirt for myself and when I opened the package and saw that it appeared to be used, I decided to return it. The pickup agent arrived to my house to pick up the package, performed some quality checks, and denied my return request because the products appeared used, despite the fact that I told him I got the items in the condition they are now. also, all of the tags and other accessories are still intact as they were.
