I was not sure to buy TV from online store, but after hesitation I ordered Samsung Tv for my bedroom. I must say I am very happy that I choose Best Buy to order. They have multiple deals & offers. I am so disappointed with Best Buy I will probably never shop there.Very disappointed with the delivery policy. We have waited for our monitor delivery for about two weeks. Bad customer service they put my call on hold for hours still unable to solve my querry

Really good experience all round thanks. Will make a repeat order but need to adjust measurements slightly as I didn't do it quite correctly last time and the waist is a little too high.
I prefer to order jeans from them because they can provide what I expect. The jeans is made up of good quality denim fabrics. I keep enjoying their service.

Cases are good, Customer service is horrible, Waited DAYS to ship out the case, then sent me a tracking number that indicated the case was sitting and waiting for a pick-up. They must improve their shipping process ^ customer service if they want custoner to return

I'm glad they keep up the quality for most of their shoes and work great for me when I play basketball or work out. They can get pricey, but I've never had any problems with any shoes I've purchased from them, their quality, or customer service.

I purchased 4 pieces of clothing here for the first time. I was extremely excited because I see their ads all the time. My purchase took approx a month to come but when it arrived they were all poor replicas. The material choice was extremely cheap.
This company does not give customer satisfaction. Poor customer service, poor quality products for the price they asked for

This dress has exceeded my expectations. I was not expecting much after reading some of the reviews, but I'm pleasantly surprised. The material is thicker then I expected, and silkier, it feels very nice on. No problems at all with the ordering process. I love that there are always sales or coupons readily available to the customer. I absolutely loved the items I received! I got so many compliments on the items I bought. The shipping speed was also quick and customer service is amazing!
